Dingeman, Dancer & Christopherson Obtains $2.38 Million Judgment

Traverse City, September 20, 2009 – Local law firm Dingeman, Dancer and Christopherson, PLC recently obtained a $2.38 judgment for a client in Wexford County. The case arose out of a landlord-tenant dispute in which the landlord refused to clean up a mold problem in a rented home. A young boy who was exposed to the mold during the first two years of his life will now suffer chronic illness for the rest of his life because of his exposure to the mold. The judgment was granted as compensation for future medical bills and pain and suffering. Robert Lazar, M.D., of Grand Traverse Allergy, PC, was the expert witness in the case and testified about the boy’s condition.
