Traverse City, MI September 14, 2018 – Dingeman & Dancer PLC is pleased to announce that Dane Carey has been named to the 2018 Michigan Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in Michigan are named to the Rising Stars list.

Super Lawyers is a research-driven rating system of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Annual selections are made using a multiphase process that includes peer nominations, independent research by Super Lawyers and evaluations from a highly credentialed panel of attorneys.

To be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, a candidate must be either 40 years of age or younger, or have been in practice for ten years or less.

This is Mr. Carey’s second consecutive year being been named to the Rising Stars list. He was selected based on his work in the general civil litigation practice area. Super Lawyers has also named Mr. Carey a “top rated” lawyer in the areas of business & corporate, employment & labor, real estate, estate planning & probate, and state, local & municipal law. He represents businesses and individuals in transactional matters and handles all aspects of litigation.
