Attorney Daniel J. Dingeman Re-Certified for Probate and Estate Planning


Daniel J. Dingeman of the law firm Dingeman, Dancer & Christopherson (DDC) has renewed his certification for probate and estate planning, as part of a program from the Institute for Continuing Legal Education co-sponsored by the State Bar of Michigan. Less than 5% of members of the State Bar of Michigan obtain such certification.

A founding partner of Dingeman, Dancer and Christopherson, PLC, Dingeman has represented numerous bank trust departments and individual clients. His experience includes complex estate and probate litigation, mediations, contests, trust administration, fiduciary representation, cottage and vacation home planning, estate and wealth transfer planning for traditional as well as non-traditional families, second marriages, and planning for disabled and special needs individuals. He has attended Oxford University in England, the University of Heidelberg in Germany, George Washington University, and the University of Detroit.

Dingeman is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, the Grand Traverse-Leelanau-Antrim Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar Association.
