Dingeman, Dancer & Christopherson, PLC Files Steroid Case
Traverse City, January 25, 2013 – Dingeman, Dancer & Christopherson has filed two cases on behalf of clients in federal court, Briggs v. New England Compounding Pharmacy, Inc. et al, 1:12-cv-01363-PLM (Western District of Michigan) and Smoot v. New England Compounding Pharmacy, Inc., et al.; 1:12-cv-01367 (U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan). The clients were infected after receiving contaminated steroid injections and have spent substantial time in the hospital. These cases, as well as those of other clients represented by Dingeman Dancer and Christopherson, are part of an ongoing national outbreak of infections allegedly the result of unsafe practices at a compounding pharmacy located in Massachusetts which has resulted in hundreds of lawsuits with substantial potential damages.
