James A. Christopherson, a partner in the Traverse City law firm Dingeman, Dancer & Christopherson PLC, was recently invited to speak at the annual meeting of the Michigan Ambulatory Surgery Association. The event took place at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island on September 19, 2008. Christopherson’s presentation was entitled “Legal Issues Facing Owners of Ambulatory Surgery Centers.”
He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Michigan State University, and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Wayne State University School of Law. He is a frequent author and speaker on healthcare issues.
